The Service is not offered to persons in jurisdictions where access to onchain analytics tools or digital assets is prohibited. You are responsible for complying with all laws that apply to you.

Dominar Bot surfaces publicly available onchain activity, wallet movements, and risk signals. It is provided for informational purposes only and does not execute trades, custody funds, or manage assets on your behalf.

You agree not to abuse, scrape beyond fair use, reverse engineer, resell, or attempt to disrupt the Service or its infrastructure. We may rate-limit, suspend, or revoke access that we reasonably believe is abusive or automated beyond intended use.

Nothing provided by the Service constitutes financial, investment, legal, or tax advice. Signals, scores, and analytics are data points, not recommendations.

You alone decide your trade size, entry, and exit. Always do your own research before acting on any information surfaced by the Service.

Digital assets are highly volatile and trading them carries substantial risk, including the total loss of capital. Onchain data can be delayed, incomplete, manipulated, or misinterpreted.

Risk scores and “smart money” labels are heuristic estimates and may be wrong. The Service makes no guarantee of accuracy, completeness, profitability, or fitness for any purpose.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Dominar Bot and its contributors are not liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages — including trading losses — arising from your use of or inability to use the Service.

The Service is provided “as is” and “as available” without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied.

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the Service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
